This mermaid inspired dress has the perfect balance of sparkle and sweetness for your little one's birthday or simply to dress up! It features a full skirt of soft satin fabric with a sparkly tulle layer on top.

Corset-like back also has a stretch band at the back and corset sides that adjust to the width of your child. The dress also has a tulle underneath to add puffiness, but we recommend if you are going to use a petti skirt/crinoline and want it long, order a size up.
