1-2T Small: The Tutu will measure 7" long, the waist stretches up to 22"
3-4T Medium: The Tutu will measure 9" long, the waist stretches up to 25"
5-6T Large: The Tutu will measure 11" long, the waist stretches up to 27"
8-10T XL: The Tutu will measure 13" long, the waist stretches up to 29"
