12" Racer Flag Latex Balloons 6pz

This Racer Flag Latex Balloons 6pz can be inflated with normal air, /pump which you insert into the valve (will not float away).

They can also be inflated with helium (will float away) so they should be tightened to a weight. They last for a few hours.

Tip: Do not overinflate the balloon, it can pop!
