This tutu is full and puffy so your little one can look fab! It features a top hot pink layer of glittery tulle (does shed a bit), underneath it, a nonglittery purple tulle layer then lime green tulle layers that are soft so no itchy babies. It has a hidden elastic waistband with matching hot pink satin fabric.
1 yrs Small: The Tutu will measure 7" long, the waist stretches up to 22"
2-4 yrs Medium: The Tutu will measure 9" long, the waist stretches up to 25"
4-6 yrs Large: The Tutu will measure 11" long, the waist stretches up to 27"
8-10 yrs Extra Large: The Tutu will measure 13" long, the waist stretches up to 29"
